Year 5 – RISE Workshop

Last week, 5CA were lucky to have a visitor from RISE deliver a workshop to us about how to understand and regulate our emotions. Jacqueline helped us to try a range of techniques, such as square breathing, chair push ups and imagining our happy places, that could help us to combat uncomfortable feelings such as anger, worry or sadness. We had a lot of fun doing some drama too, where we acted out what fear and anger might look like for us.
