This term, Year 5 were eager to start our History unit focusing on Anglo-Saxons. We now know when and why they invaded Britain and this week we have been exploring Anglo-Saxon homes. We used i-pads to research into them and we were amazed that there was only one room for cooking, eating, sleeping and entertaining. They are definitely not like our homes today!
