This half term we are really enjoying our work on understanding the particle structures of different states of matter. We learnt that: the particles in a solid are tightly packed in a rigid structure, vibrating in place, the particles in a liquid are close together but able to move, and the particles in a gas are able to move about freely and fill the space. Can you tell which of the states we are being in the photos?
