We have loved learning about sound this week! We used our knowledge of the particle structures of solids, liquids and gases to help us predict and discuss how sound travels through different mediums. We made string telephones from paper cups and string and spoke to our friends through them. We could hear our friends because the particle structure of solids is rigid and the vibrations pass easily from particle to particle.
