In Science this half term we will be focusing our animal knowledge around the teeth of different animals and basic human digestion. Our teeth are so important to us (now that we’ve lost most of our milk teeth in year 4) as we only get one set and we must remember to look after them. Look at what happened when we soaked the eggshells (very similar in composition to our own tooth enamel) in different liquids! The worst liquid for our teeth was the orange juice – we were sure it would be the cola, although that wasn’t far behind!
