To celebrate World Poetry Day this week, Year 4 have been working on adding sound effects to poems so we can perform them aloud for an audience. The poem we read was about the sounds of the sea and each team had a sound to recreate. We used our voices, body percussion and even some musical instruments to accompany the poem to a crescendo then creating a diminuendo for the silence to return.
