Our non-fiction work this term requires us to become experts in some mythological monsters from Norse legends. We will be writing monster hunter guides and so we needed to do some research first. Working in teams, each with a different role, we used the iPads to find out about Fenrir and Jörmungandr. Checkers checked the researchers were using the right ideas, recorders wrote down what had been found out, observers made sure everyone was listening to each other and the summarisers fed back ideas to the class.
