We’ve just begun a new English text called Arthur and the Golden Rope and we’ve been learning about abstract nouns in relation to this. These are nouns (naming words) for things that we can’t see or touch such as hope, courage, hatred, evil. We wrote poems about the little boy and his town and the evil beast that came to destroy them then performed them to the rest of the class.
