This afternoon, Year 2 had a lovely visit from Rachael who works at Dog’s Trust. She reminded us that dogs have feelings too and she shared 5 tips for keeping safe around dogs and to keep them happy.
We learned that dogs should never be disturbed whilst sleeping or eating, some dogs can be scared when we cuddle or kiss them, we should never grab their toys from them and instead tell a grown up, and always ask an adult before giving a dog a treat.
