Year 2 furthered their Geography skills by exploring the features of coastlines. The children started by discussing what a coastline was and were surprised that all coastlines do not have a beach! They used atlases and Google Earth to locate coastlines and they delved into the features of coastlines. Using previously annotated maps, the children added the location of a number of coastlines across the uk. Well done, Year 2!
