Year 2 have worked really hard on their English writing. Using the wonderful story ‘Grandad’s Island’, the children explored the interesting vocabulary and descriptive writing. They then used their own plan to write a recount of the story. The children were mindful of their ‘sentence accuracy’ throughout and have produced some beautiful work. Well done Year 2!
