Year 2 have been brilliant designers this half-term. They were given a design brief to make a moving puppet. After sketching a number of options, the children decided to include moving parts! This was achieved by using multiple split-pins to create pivots. When the final design was agreed, the boys and girls had fun in creating some super-scary monsters. They evaluated their designs, and some children concluded that using a stronger material, such as heavy card, would be better to help the monster move more smoothly. Well done, Year 2!
