We have loved making windmills as part of our Design and Technology unit of work. We have learnt and applied different skills such as puncturing a hole and joining different materials. We started by making a stable base. We then made the sails by making evenly spaced cuts then we joined our components together. We are just waiting for a windy day to test them out!
