Year 1 have developed their computer programming skills. We began by programming each other, then our teachers. We realised that to achieve a specific outcome, we need to give a clear set of instructions to follow in order. We talked about this being an algorithm. We then went onto creating algorithms for our Bee-Bot to get from one place to another. We discovered that if our algorithm didn’t work, we had to debug it (fix it).
