Year 2 concluded their Fieldwork Fortnight by drawing aerial maps. We discussed the human and physical features of our school grounds and then walked around and noticed how they were positioned in relation to each other. We discussed scale when planning our drawing and when we came inside, created fantastic aerial maps together with a key to help someone reading the map to interpret it properly. A brilliant effort Year 2!
