Year 5 loved showing their curiosity during Science week. We explored the question, ‘What’s the best design for a paper aeroplane?’ Children used their knowledge of air resistance from our Forces unit to design their own paper aeroplane which they tested outside. They then looked at other designs to see which one was most successful. Some children even had a go at making helicopters and gliders.
