This week Y2 have started a new unit of shape. We spent our first lesson recalling previous knowledge from Y1 and used those skills to recognise and name 2D shapes and counted the sides of each! We also discussed polygons – we found out that polygons are 2D shapes with straight sides that meet. Fab work Year 2!
